The brainchild of Tom Aske and Tristan Stephenson, Black Rock opened in 2016 with a mission to demystify and remove any perceived stuffiness of whisk(e)y. In 2019 the pair announced they would be taking over Black Rock's entire site to launch a five storey house dedicated to this deliciously complex spirit.
